Yearbook Senior Portrait Information
June 1, 2026
Dear Parents/Caregivers of Pembroke High School Class of 2027:
By the end of this summer, your student should have had their senior portrait taken for inclusion in the yearbook. Our goal is to feature every senior in this special section; however, to maintain a consistent, polished, and professional appearance throughout the book, all portraits must meet specific requirements.
Please review and follow the guidelines below. Portraits that do not comply with these requirements may not be included in the Senior Portraits section of the yearbook.
These guidelines were reviewed with students during the senior assembly held on June 1, 2026:
1) Pictures should be in color and can include appropriate “props” such as a family pet, a football, a musical instrument, etc.
2) Students must wear appropriate semi-formal attire.
Examples are as follows: a dress shirt and tie, a polo shirt with a collar, dress pants, blouse, dress or skirt.
3) The following will not be accepted: tank tops, undergarments, ripped jeans, logos or writing, sweatshirts, or anything too revealing or torn.
4) Photo Specs: 4x6, 300dpi, jpg file.

Legacy is our chosen photographer for Pembroke High School. Legacy has been in the photography business for many years and charges as low as $25 for a yearbook specific photo session. Legacy will send out a letter with pricing and instructions to schedule picture sessions during the summer. Legacy will be at both the Herring Run and at Rexhame Beach in June, July & August.
Postponing photos may put students at risk of not having their senior photo included in the senior section. You can choose to have your child’s senior portrait taken by another photographer. However, if you do, please make sure the above guidelines are followed. If you choose a photographer other than Legacy, the deadline to turn in senior photos is September 25, 2026.
