Hello Seniors and Parents,
A big thank you to those of you who have already submitted your senior photos—they look amazing!
Attached is the yearbook ordering information, which includes a QR code and link. Ordering now secures the lowest price of $85.00, and there is also a payment plan available if you prefer.
In addition, we invite you to consider a Yearbook Recognition Ad. These ads are a wonderful way to commemorate achievements and celebrate milestones. Revenues from Recognition Ads also help us create a better yearbook for our school community.
To purchase your ad online, please follow the instructions listed in the attachment. Jostens is responsible for all yearbook ad sales—please do not send materials to the school directly. We kindly ask that you also review our school’s ad content guidelines when creating your ad online.
📌 Deadline: All Recognition Ad orders must be placed by December 19, 2025.

YEARBOOK PHOTOS NEEDED!
Dear Parents and Guardians,
The yearbook is happy to announce that we are collecting the following for graduating seniors. Please limit your submissions to the following categories:
- youth sports photos (up through age 13) group and individual (5 max)
- baby pictures (up through age 4) - limit to 1 per student
Please make sure each picture is renamed with your senior's first and last name. Unfortunately, we may not be able to include photos that are not properly labeled.

Our school reserves the right to edit ads per our guidelines. Ensure all submitted materials are appropriate for school
publication. Jostens retains the right to remove any explicit text, graphic photos or copyright-protected imagery or photos.
Can I create my student’s ad on my mobile device?
Yes, yearbook ads can be created online from both desktop and mobile devices.
How are the ad prices determined and what is the money used for?
Recognition ad prices are determined by our school. Revenue from recognition ads helps the school create a better, more affordable yearbook.
How is the ad deadline determined?
The ad deadline is set by our school based on the production schedule for the yearbook.
